First, thanks for your time testing the new app. You have gone out of your way to give me feedback so your opinion is especially important to me.
And you have something you are unsatisfied with! I appreciate hearing that. Can you take two minutes and reply to my email with the issue just to be sure I have a plan to cover it? My system should alert me that you are reading this page but just in case, email is the way to go.
P.S. There are 255 beta testers and I do read every single response I get. If I should have replied to something but I didn’t, don’t feel bad about poking me again. 🙂
