The United States Chess Federation recently started a chess server for its members.
From their website you'll want to download USCF Live version 3.1 or later.
To automatically log your games choose Login|My Settings... and click
the box next to Autosave Games. Then click the folder icon next to the text area below,
and choose the location and file name for your PGN log file.
