Re: Delete books

Due to the way Apple installs apps, this is currently beyond my control. They refresh everything that was there during the install.

For the time being, deleting the sample ebooks will only cause them to be respawned when you next run the app.

Re: Updates

If you already have the iPad version, and your iPhone is logged in with the same Apple ID, then the app store will show you the price for the iPhone version...

But when you got to purchase it, it will tell you that it's free.

I think Apple could do a better job in this case but it's what they do.

Re: Copy FEN to clipboard

That's a good idea.

I haven't used other apps that allow copying and pasting of FEN but if you have apps that to, then this is essential.

Speed testing is missing in the new format of COW. It's on my list to add it back in.

Re: How to Get Back Original London System.4MD File

Re: Compatibility topics

I can't make out what's going on in the last screen shot.

I may have to get one of these PGN files and try this myself.

Re: Delete books

That appears to be a bug in the mobile version. This is the first time I've seen it, but I can confirm that the sample ebooks just pop back into existence somehow after deleting them. I've added it to the list: http://www.bookup.com/home/chess-openings-wizard-2016-program-status/chess-openings-wizar...

Re: Updates

The usual page on bookup.com shows the latest versions for every platform including iPad. http://www.bookup.com/home/chess-openings-wizard-2016-program-status/chess-openings-wizard-mobile-versions-ipad-android/ I'm working on an update that will include the iPhone. Christmas might be optimistic at t...

Re: Compatibility topics

Seeing that old Macintosh version is quite the trip down memory lane for me! I remember toiling over that version when RAM for a fat Mac was $1,000 per megabyte. (That is not a typo.)
