Frequently Asked Questions

Postby MikeAtBookup » Tue Aug 02, 2016 11:07 am

Q: I'm getting a user32.dll error with Windows 10.

A: The user32.dll error comes up with Windows 10 when some windows are opened. It has never been known to cause a problem (other than being annoying). It's another good reason to move up to the 2016 version.

Q: Can I get the 2016 version?

A: Yes, if you have the legacy version (Express or Professional) then you are entitled to the new 2016 version at no charge. Your product key is the same. Log in at to download the installer for the 2016 version.

Hey Eric,

I've seen one other case of an ebook that caused Backsolving to stop responding for a minute or so. Can you send me a copy of your ebook so that I can test it here and compare it to the other one I have with the same issue? If you can, email it to mike at bookupmembers dot com
