Hi Chief
You can do this under preferences/engines/startup commands, eg. type in the box
uci
setoption name Threads value 4
setoption name Hash value 1024
to set these example options. Change to suit and add others on new lines. Also tick the box "send startup commands".

Re: Interface options (backburner)
You might be seeing a bug that affects a small number of Windows 10 users. Build 90 fixes this problem for the few users who reported it. They can now click on any candidate move. Yes, there used to be a way to manually choose the number of the starting move for any position that you jumped to. Nam...

Re: Latest Version
Not sure about this since Chess Position Trainer doesn't look very active either. Has anyone in the US tried ringing Mike to see if everything is ok?Bogg wrote:If you want a better program at a lower price with support try Chess Position Trainer.

Re: Export Pgn

Thanks You can change the engine options under preferences/engines and input commands under startup commands. I use uci set...

I still have the problem with build 68, but not always (Windows 10). Resizing the board also cause the display to be corrupted.

Re: Problem mit the board
Yes, I had this problem too using Build 66 on a Windows 10 machine. It seems to occur when starting a new eBook. I sent Mike a bug report on it but I don't know if he's seen it yet. I was able to get past the issue by clicking on one of the candidate moves. Once I did that, the graphics corrected i...

Re: Latest Version
Bogg Thanks for your suggestions. I have Chessbase so your method will work. I still like the idea of having two comment windows, but it's up to Mike if he likes the idea. Mike Some further suggestions and comments: For epd analysis, change the default "Minimum nodes" to be in millions, no...

Re: Latest Version
Mike I appreciate your efforts to fix bugs. Regarding analysis I agree with Bogg. Users should be able to set whatever limits they please, reasonable or not, within the limits of the computer. Bogg's idea of number = 0 means ignore this limit is a good one. Of course, all this should be made clear i...
