Here is my complete base sofar. 1.3 million positions analyzed 25-depth.

I am still adding lines to it with the help of TWIC-files (https://theweekinchess.com/twic). In a few weeks i hope to be up-to-date.
The way i do this :
1) Generated a Chessbase-base from all TWIC-files
2) Check all the games with chessbase for a novelty. Chessbase then points to the position from where the novelty is played.
3) Delete the remaining moves after the found position ( so also the novelty is deleted) This way the end-position in this game has to been have played at least 2 times. (should eliminate much blunders from blitz-games also)
4) Save the games and then import them into bookup.
5) In bookup : export endpositions with no assesment to epd-file, analyse the epd-file and then backsolve the complete Bookup-base
This all is done with some scripts on a spare-laptop that is running day and nigth. So i myself am not spending to much time on it.
Hope some people will appreciate the file, just let me know.

Free COW-Book 1.3 million positions
Re: Free COW-Book 1.3 million positions
A new and even better database is coming soon.
I discovered that the finding novelty feature in Chessbase isn`t working as i thougth. It isn´t taking position-transpositions into account. As far as i can tell it searches for the exact same move order. This means 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 and 1.Nf3 c5 2.e4 d6 are completely different for the chessbase find novelty feature.
So i now just import all the TWIC-games with both players having at least 2400 rating into a massive Bookup-File. Max depth will be 60 ply. After that i remove all moves that have been played just 1 time (again eliminating most blunders i hope). This approach should work correctly as far as i can tell now.
So hopefully my spare-Laptop is done with this in 1-2 days. After that i need to export the new discovered positions into a EPD-File and analyse that.
This all could be taking a few days, so stay tuned.
Any suggestions on how to improve this task are welcome.

Re: Free COW-Book 1.3 million positions
Finally i am ready to share my latest EBook. It is been created using all the positions in the TWIC-0001 till 1478 that have been reached at least 10 times. Next all positions are analysed 25 deep using Stockfish-15.
I still have to figure out how i can get all the transpositions in the file. Until now i have add manually many of them.
If anybody has any suggestions how to get all the transpositions in please let me know. Until that have fun with this book with all known openings in it.
( I have manually removed stupid openings like 1.e4 e5 2.Ke2 or 1.a4 or 1.h4 / etc )
Any update suggestions are welcome ofcourse.
