Corrupt line message

Hi! I am importing a very large file, and I keep getting this message:
"Corrupt nested variation on line..." and fill in a number. However, when I open the same PGN with chessbase I get no errors. I just updated to the latest build of the professional edition (before importing just crashed). Although this one also just crashed. Any suggestions?
