Open the Ebook. From the top menu line, select "PGN" and either "Export this Ebook as a Game" or "Export this Ebook as Many Games". Enter info into the "Export PGN" window and click "OK" button.

Those options are only available in the Professional version. The Express version only allows exporting the current line as a single game PGN.

So if you want to export the tree as a PGN file containing many games, or if you want to merge ebooks, then you'll need the Professional version.
