Can I ask for your opinion on a question I'm interested in? What are your favorite exercises for working out your chest and why? I'm always looking for new ideas for my workout and I hope you'll share your preferences and experiences!

I would love to share my opinion. My favorite chest exercise is the bench press. It works the upper and middle pectoral muscles perfectly and also activates the triceps. I also like to do push-ups on the bars, they help develop strength and mass. I recently started using human growth gormone and it has given me an extra boost in my workouts. I bought it through https://misterolympia.shop/product/zptrop-hgh-320iu-usa-domestic-zphc/ and the results have amazed me. But of course, it's important to use supplements responsibly and in conjunction with a good training and nutrition program. What kind of exercises do you prefer?

CHESS excercises are certainly possible with Chess Opening Wizard (COW). I've made my own training opening books and use them to train.

COW can also be used for endgame exercises. I bought a bundle of several endgame books from Everyman chess and have imported them into COW. For example, I imported the book (PGN) on Pawn Endings into one COW Ebook. The import generated 339 named positions, P-0001 to P-0339. After solving one position, you can press the f3 key to go to the next position. With COW, you are free to do a what-if analysis of a line not covered.

Transpositions are also spotted by COW. So instead of reading text such as "This transposes to a position already covered," you actually do transpose, and can follow the moves till the end.

Tactical exercises should also be possible but I have not done this. Perhaps someone can give an example.

I too think the bench press is a great chest exercise, but I also like dumbbell curls. They are good for stretching and isolating the pectoral muscles, which helps to achieve good definition. I try to combine different exercises to keep things interesting and progress. It's important to remember technique and do warm-ups to avoid injuries. How often do you change your program?
