Import PGN desktop vs mobile

As a Linux user I am not likely to ever purchase a Windows or Mac version, but mobile lacks the Import PGN feature and I guess it would not be so easy to add. As a workaround, how about a command line utility for importing on the desktop?

Something like:
$ cow -import -pgn newgames.pgn -4md "~/Dropbox/Apps/Chess Openings Wizard/mybook.4MD"

I would pay for that. Actually I would even pay for a Windows command line utility because it would almost certainly work well under Wine. But a Linux utility should not be too hard to produce using the existing code.
