I have both COW pro on PC and COW on iOS. I really do not like what COW for iOS is today. Lots of things does not cope with iOS aesthetics firstable.

But worst is this thing with Dropbox, how the heck can it be that way ?
I miss so many features that I am almost no longer using COW on either platform; Mike keeps getting silent, no update is ever published. I am frustrated !

My advice is to keep using COW Pro on your PC and forget about it on the iOS (tablet?). Just think of it as beta testing that you don't want to do. That's the short and sweet response.

Now for the long and sour response. I think I have just turned the corner (sort of) on COW for the tablet. It happened in a few steps, making it over a few hurdles, over a long span of time. Steps/hurdles:
Getting Dropbox set up. I did not find this easy. However once done it is very reliable. I hope you've done this already as that might be the biggest step.
Find a COW file on your PC that is as close to perfect as possible and put it in Dropbox.
Accessing Dropbox from COW on your tablet. The key here for me is to remember that you go into COW preferences. Then you select "Dropbox," "connect," select a file on the right (in Dropbox), and "download."
I have been unable to set up the engine. No use throwing good time after bad.
At this point I have a COW file on my tablet that has the functionality of the original BookUp in that there is no engine.

I have gotten accustomed to having a computer engine available to check my moves or suggest moves. Analyzing without an engine is a retro experience for me. It's not an entirely bad experience.

If the preceding sounds like more trouble than it's worth, I understand. You still have COW Pro on your PC.

Do not remember how much I paid but it is still too much as this iOS version doesn’t offer quarter of the pc version.

Mike should listen to his user base but as stated, I feel alone in this community.
