Important new features for the newer MasterChess9000

Two most important features are to be implemented to dramatically improve the usefulness of MasterChess9000:

1) get rid of the limit of 10000 in the game list for the search engine: the only limit should be the number of games of the DB under search
2) give the clever possibility to eliminate double (or more) games in a DB on the basis of the player names, the plies, the other most important data of the games

"Ça va sans dire" that the main and utmost general data of the DB should be at the hand of the clever user (number of games, number of players, ELO statistics, etc.), which is not the case of the actual version of MasterChess9000.

A decisive step forward, though demanding, without doubt, but I am looking forward for the very next version.

Sorry I didn't see your post until you mentioned it in your email.

The 10,000 limit is on the *list* of games. I don't really think anyone is going to play through 10,000 games from the list. You can imagine the amount of RAM that would be required to display and scroll through a list of a million games for example. Who would have the time to even scroll through this list?

There is no limit when sending the games directly to a PGN file (and not to a list).

A future version could allow the removal of duplicate games. I've added that to the Suggestions list.
